I saw something so truly unbelievable this week that it warrants a bit of attention:
Roughly translated: "I like my dog - I clean up after it."
It should be noted that this is an actual sign in front of Parc Monceau that encourages dog owners to pick up after their dog rather than leave a mess on the sidewalk. Monumental, really.
(It’s common practice to allow dogs to relieve themselves wherever they please. Generally, the reaction of most is, “…but why would you pick that up?”)
